Built in 1894, this historic Georgetown building has served the community in several capacities over its long history and is now used as an artists' studio. Stories of unexplained occurrences have led some to believe that remnants of the building's past still linger inside.
Dating back to (you guessed it) 1894, this old building is now an artists studio. The place is haunted by Luther Saint Paul Miller, a former owner. His apparition used to be seen standing at the top of the staircase, but he has not been seen since the interior was refurbished.
