Gettysburg Battlefield witnessed the largest battle ever fought in North America and the turning point of the Civil War. Visitors have reported ghostly soldiers, phantom gunfire, unexplained voices, strange mists, and apparitions across the fields where more than 50,000 men became casualties. It is widely regarded as one of the most haunted battlefields in the world.
