The former Raymond Terrace Masonic Centre is reportedly haunted by two apparitions. When the hall was still operating, workers and visitors reported seeing a woman standing on the front verandah. A male apparition was also said to frequent the building and was blamed for mysteriously drinking glasses of beer left unattended in the kitchen.

This historic former Masonic hall is now a private residence. Its paranormal stories involve a female apparition seen on the verandah and a male spirit associated with unusual activity in the kitchen.
