THE STORY
Reported Haunting
Duke Mansion is tied to the ghost story of Jon Avery, a former owner said to have promised a woman he loved that he would return to her even after death. Guests have reported romantic, lingering ghostly activity connected to that legend.
Ghost Atlas has a published record for this location, but a full narrative has not yet been added.
