The Owl N' Thistle occupies part of Seattle's historic Colman Building, constructed after the Great Seattle Fire of 1889. Paranormal stories associated with the pub include unexplained whispers and voices, shadowy or indistinct figures, sudden cold sensations, bumps and other unexplained sounds. One of the location's best-known stories involves a piano reportedly heard playing when no one appears to be using it.
