This historic building was recently renovated, which sparked a chain of ghost stories that the building is now infamous for. Building contractors and passer-by’s reported sighting the apparition of an elderly man walking around the upper floor of the building before vanishing. Although the renovations are completed, tenants still report cold spots and ghostly voices.
