A female apparition and screams for help are reported near the tower where Kelly Tan Ah Hong was murdered in 1990.
Amber Beacon Tower in East Coast Park is associated with the unsolved 1990 murder of Kelly Tan Ah Hong. According to the source, she and her boyfriend James Soh Fook Leong were attacked by two men near the tower. Soh was knocked unconscious and Tan was killed. Since the incident, people have claimed to see a female figure believed to be her ghost near the tower and to hear unexplained screams for help.
