The epicenter of the property's ghost lore centers around the main dining rooms and the kitchen facilities, where staff members and diners regularly report eerie poltergeist activity. Common paranormal accounts at this 1909 landmark include:Disembodied Laughter: The distinct sounds of invisible children's laughter and whispers echoing through empty rooms after hours.Displaced Objects: Table settings, kitchen utensils, and dining room items that are neatly put away by night staff mysteriously moving positions or relocating to different rooms by the next morning.Unseen Presence: Heavy doors opening and closing completely on their own, accompanied by sudden drops in temperature and the distinct sensation of an invisible figure standing closely beside employees.
The ghosts of several children are reported here. They are heard running around down empty halls. An older woman is also believed to be here, as well as a mother and her daughter who occupy the Blue Room. One incident here involved a waiter who attempted to enter a room, but was blocked by an invisible wall of energy.
