Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould, Arkansas, is an active healthcare facility featured in regional folklore for its specific supernatural legends:The Boy on the Fourth Floor: The building's most famous phantom is a young, blonde boy around five years old dressed in pajamas. He is routinely spotted wandering the fourth floor, reportedly playing or searching for a phantom kitten.The Confederate Soldier: Staff and visitors have occasionally reported encountering the apparition of a Civil War-era Confederate soldier standing in the hallways.The Elderly Woman & Grounds Activity: A phantom elderly woman has been seen inside the facility, while general shadow figures and disembodied footsteps are frequently reported roaming the hospital grounds at night.
The apparition of a blond boy aged around 5 has been seen on the fourth floor. He wears pajamas and is often playing or seeking a kitten. An apparition of a Confederate soldier and another of an elderly female also have been seen in the building. Ghosts have been seen inside as well as on the grounds.
