The historic Bayfront Marin House is said to be haunted by at least one resident spirit, reportedly connected to Francisco Marin, the property's namesake. Guests have described unexplained occurrences and unusual encounters that have become part of the St. Augustine inn's paranormal lore.
This luxury inn is believed to have at least one ghost: Francisco Marin, the inn’s namesake. He and his ghostly friends have been known to hold noisy parties in vacant rooms at the inn, disturbing the guests below. He also plays pranks, such as playing music through dead phone lines.
