Bethel Cemetery has been associated with local reports of paranormal activity among its graves. Visitors have described strange lights, unexplained sounds, and shadowy figures appearing within the cemetery, particularly during quiet nighttime hours.
Bethel Cemetery, founded in 1853, reportedly contains a haunted grave marked with strange symbols. Legend has it that photographs of this grave, belonging to Oda Kirby (“Lived and Died Sept 17, 1909”), will all turn out overexposed.
