Reported Haunting
The historic Bigelow House Museum has been associated with reports of paranormal activity connected to generations of the Bigelow family who occupied the home. Visitors and staff have described unexplained footsteps, unusual sounds, and other mysterious occurrences within the residence.
This historic mansion was built during the 1850’s, and is the oldest house in the entire city. Employees closing down for the night have reported seeing the apparition of a distinguished gentleman examining the displays, who vanishes when approached.
