The Bighorn Medicine Wheel is an ancient and culturally significant Indigenous sacred site surrounded by traditions of spiritual power and unusual experiences. Visitors have described unexplained sensations and mysterious phenomena around the mountain site, though these accounts are better understood as spiritual folklore than a conventional ghost haunting.
This mysterious structure has been used as a worship site for hundreds of years. Not even the local Native Americans know who built it. Some researchers say it is at least 12,000 years old. Legend has it that if you fast for four days within the circle, the ancient spirits will come to you.
