The Blandford Royal British Legion Club—housed in the historic, 1750s Coupar House in Dorset, UK—is known for unsettling poltergeist activity. Staff and patrons have frequently witnessed small items mysteriously moving around behind the bar. The paranormal reputation is most heavily concentrated in the snooker room, where balls have been seen rolling completely on their own, and a police tracking dog once famously refused to cross the threshold.
This historic house was formerly a private residence before conversion to a bar and legion club. Staff have reported objects moving around by themselves, and a variety of paranormal occurrences associated with the pool table.
