Reported Haunting
The Bothin Youth Center is rumored to be haunted by spirits connected to the property's earlier history. Staff and overnight visitors have reported footsteps in empty halls, unexplained voices, and doors opening without anyone nearby. Shadow figures have also been seen moving through the building after dark.
This land once held a Native American reservation, then a hospital building for tuberculosis patients. It is now a Girl Scouts camp. Reports say that the ghost of a nurse has been seen pushing a cart in the hallways. Native American apparitions and screams and moans have been witnessed as well.
