Reported Haunting
The Brick Hotel has welcomed travelers since the early nineteenth century and is said to be haunted by several former guests. Employees and visitors have reported apparitions, phantom footsteps, and mysterious voices throughout the historic inn. Objects have also been known to move without explanation in several guest rooms.
This former nineteenth century hotel was formerly a public house, and was associated with a rough crowd in the old days. The building has a lot of history, which includes a fair amount of ghostly activity. Reports indicate that orbs appear in photographs, doors are unlocked and opened by unseen hands and that paintings move around rooms of their own accord at night.
