The historic Butterworth Building, once home to a mortuary and later Kells Irish Restaurant, has developed a reputation for paranormal activity. Reports include apparitions, unexplained footsteps, strange noises, and other unusual occurrences experienced by employees and visitors.
Originally a mortuary, this turn-of-the-century building is said to be popular with the spirit set. It now houses Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub. The site has been featured on TV’s Ghost Adventures.
