Reported Haunting
The historic Casper Elks Club has been associated with reports of paranormal activity from members and visitors. Accounts include unexplained footsteps, mysterious sounds, apparitions, and other unusual occurrences within the old lodge building.
This 1922 building is haunted. Members of the local club that gather here regularly report paranormal activity, such as the apparition of a man in the basement, objects moving around of their own accord, the smell of cigar smoke and the sounds of music emanating from the empty ballroom. Much of the activity has been attributed to a late Mr Cobb, who used to be the club president.
