THE STORY
Reported Haunting
The historic Castle Hill Inn has been associated with reports of unexplained activity throughout its long history. Guests and employees have described apparitions, mysterious footsteps, unusual sounds, and other strange occurrences around the waterfront property.
The female ghost who resides here has been seen by several staff members. She is said to be a relative of the original builder, Mr. Agassiz. Witnesses say she occasionally throws china in the pantry.
