Reported Haunting
The historic Yunker Farm, now associated with the Children's Museum, has been linked to reports of paranormal activity. Visitors and staff have described unexplained footsteps, mysterious sounds, and other unusual occurrences believed to be connected to former occupants of the property.
The brick farmhouse, built in 1876, now houses an interactive children’s museum. An apparition believed to be Elizabeth Yunker, who loved children, has been seen upstairs where children’s activities are conducted. An apparition of a young child, believed to have died long ago in the old well, has been seen standing next to the well. Doors and windows and the elevator work on their own here as well.
