Scranton's historic Courthouse Square is the center of numerous local ghost tours and legends. Visitors have reported apparitions, unexplained footsteps, and mysterious figures near the courthouse after dark.
Nightly walks of Scranton’s oldest and most haunted area. The office television show had a whole evening devoted to the Scranton Ghost Walk. The title of the show was Spooky. It is a 90 minute tour that includes the most haunted places in the area. Including where Jason Miller, star of the movie The Exorcist died of a heart attack on May 13, 2001/ 13 was not a lucky number for him. They even take you into a landmark building for a short time that has been certified to be haunted by several paranormal groups.
