Two spirits are associated with this historic shop, including a wooden-legged man known as Paddy and the apparition of a teenage boy.

Built in the 1890s, Courtyard Antiques is reportedly home to two spirits. One, known as Paddy, is associated with disembodied footsteps, phantom tobacco smoke and objects being thrown. Staff have also reported seeing the apparition of a teenage boy near the rear of the store.
