Reported Haunting

The Deason Home is closely associated with the legend of the infamous "Ellisville Lights." Witnesses have reported mysterious glowing orbs, shadowy apparitions, and unexplained sounds around the property after dark. The activity has made the area one of Mississippi's better-known local paranormal legends.

Although the Deason Home is available for tours, it is a private home and you should call before going to view it.
