Reported Haunting
Housed in a former county jail, the Del Norte County Historical Museum has accumulated reports of apparitions, unexplained footsteps, and voices believed to be connected to former prisoners.
The historical museum served as the county jail from 1926 until 1963, and is rumoured to be haunted. Activity is mainly confined to the upper floor, where several original cells have been preserved.
