A White Lady surrounded by mist is the castle's best-known apparition, while running shadows and the face of a young boy have also been reported.
The eastern section of Denbigh Castle is associated with reports of shadowy figures running through the ruins and the face of a young boy appearing in a window. The most frequently reported apparition is a White Lady, said to appear surrounded by white mist along the pathway leading toward Goblin Tower.
