The oldest continuously operating press club in America is haunted by the ghost of a dedicated former bartender named Danny. His friendly spirit is famous for playfully manipulating the historic dumbwaiter, rattling glasses behind the bar, and occasionally flipping light switches.
Loud footsteps are heard on the second floor of the building when no one is around. Silverware is rearranged, and an evil presence is felt in the basement. The apparition of a transparent figure in a policeman cloak has been seen by numerous people dining at the club.
