THE STORY

Reported Haunting

Built in 1780 and named in honor of Revolutionary War patriot Dr. Joseph Warren, Warren Tavern is one of Charlestown's oldest surviving taverns. Paranormal reports include a mysterious woman dressed in black Victorian clothing, a shadowy colonial-era male figure sometimes believed to be Warren himself, heavy phantom footsteps, unexplained rattling of pots and pans, flickering lights, and other strange activity throughout the historic building.

Ghost Atlas has a published record for this location, but a full narrative has not yet been added.
