The Edificio Chihuahua stands beside the Plaza de las Tres Culturas, the site of the deadly 1968 Tlatelolco massacre. Local paranormal legends describe children's laughter, hurried footsteps, shadowy figures, and the apparition of a young boy said to appear inside or around the building.
