Morgan Hall is one of Peru State College's best-known haunted buildings. Students have reported seeing the apparition of Eliza Morgan, hearing unexplained footsteps, and witnessing doors opening on their own.

The Morgan Hall dormitory is said to be haunted by Eliza Morgan herself. Legend has it that she once lived in the house that makes up the center of the dormitory, and she died in the basement.
