This 1891 building was formerly a private residence, a restaurant and a hotel, and is rumoured to have some hauntings dating back to the turn of the twentieth century. The current owners have reported hearing the sound of glass breaking on the second floor, but upon investigation, nothing is broken. This recurring incident is generally attributed to death of the town police chief, who committed suicide by breaking a window and jumping to his death from the upper level. The establishment is also haunted by a little girl in an old-fashioned dress, who has been heard crying when the building is closed for the night.
