Reported Haunting
The Fensalden Inn is said to be haunted by a heartbroken woman named Elizabeth, whose spirit is associated with the Hawthorne Suite. Guests have reported objects moving by themselves, footsteps in otherwise empty rooms, mysterious lights or orbs, and fireplaces turning on without explanation.
The ghost of a heartbroken woman named Elizabeth is reported in the Hawthorne Suite. She is said to be very playful and move objects around; she can also be heard walking around in empty rooms.
