Reported Haunting
Built in 1958, Fike High School has become one of Wilson's best-known haunted legends. Students, teachers, and staff have reported unexplained footsteps in empty hallways, doors opening and closing on their own, disembodied voices, cold spots, shadowy figures, and objects moving without explanation. Stories often center around the school's auditorium and older sections of the building, where witnesses believe lingering spirits continue to make their presence known.
