Reported Haunting
The historic Franco American Hotel has been associated with reports of unexplained footsteps, voices, and apparitions within the old building. Visitors have described the sensation of unseen occupants moving through rooms and hallways, suggesting to some that former residents or guests may still linger there.
The hotel building dates back to 1855, however the business is no longer in operation. Visitors to the edifice have reported the apparition of a black-caped man with a cane roaming the second floor.
