The Franklin Hotel is said to be haunted by a woman known as Lily, whose apparition has been seen wandering the halls and who is sometimes heard singing or moaning. Another spirit named Leo, believed to have worked in the hotel laundry, is blamed for the old bell or message system inexplicably ringing during the night.
