Reported Haunting
Guests at the Glen Hotel have reported apparitions, unexplained footsteps, and strange noises throughout the historic property. Several rooms are believed to be especially active after dark.
Other parts of the hotel, including the hallways and grounds are also haunted. Running footsteps have been heard in the corridors, whilst a shadowy apparition has been seen rushing into Room #009. Elsewhere, the spectre of a shivering, bedraggled man has been seen begging for assistance. When a witness tries to intervene, he disappears suddenly. It has been speculated that the man drowned in the Paluxy River, that runs behind the hotel, and is forever seeking help from passer-by’s.
