The Gonzalez-Alvarez House, better known as the Oldest House, has been associated with reports of unexplained footsteps, voices, and apparitions within the historic structure. Visitors and paranormal investigators have described sensing unseen presences believed to be connected to the generations of people who occupied the property during its long history.
The “The Oldest House” is said to be haunted by a shadowy figure of a man. Objects move of their own accord, strange lights have been seen, and animals have been known to become agitated while in the building.
