State senator Warren Brown, confident of winning an election to become governor, built this mansion in 1880. He lost the election, but many years later it is still called Governor’s Mansion. An owner who purchased the place in 2000 witnessed apparitions, orbs, voices, a disappearing staircase, strange noises, electrical anomalies, and more. Paranormalist investigations produced photos, videos and sound clips of electronic voice phenemona.
