A woman believed to have been a wartime nurse, former servants and multiple cellar spirits are reportedly seen at this historic estate.
Gregynog Hall has a history stretching back centuries, with the present building dating largely from the 1840s. Guests and employees have reported seeing a woman on the top floor believed to be a nurse who died after jumping from the building in the 1940s. Apparitions identified as former servants of the Davies sisters have also been reported, along with strange lights and orbs. The cellar is considered particularly active, with several spirits said to linger there.
