Harder Hall was constructed during Florida's 1920s resort boom. Local paranormal lore claims that former guests and others connected with the property remain there. Apparitions are said to appear in windows and courtyards, while witnesses have described lights moving through the otherwise dark building, unexplained noises and even old-fashioned ballroom or big-band music coming from inside.
