THE STORY
Reported Haunting
The High Noon Restaurant and Saloon occupies one of Albuquerque's oldest adobe buildings and is associated with reports of paranormal activity. Employees and diners have described apparitions, phantom footsteps, and unexplained voices after closing. The building's long history has contributed to its haunted reputation.
Housed inside a former private home built between 1750 and 1785, the restaurant and saloon have been around since 1974. Rumor has it that the place once housed a gambling parlor and brothel, a furniture store, and a rental apartment. A ghostly lady in a white dress is said to haunt the Santos Room.
