Reported Haunting
Rooms 302 and 304 are considered the center of the Hotel Boulderado's ghost stories, with a legend claiming that a couple carried out a suicide pact in or near the rooms. Guests have reported apparitions, unexplained voices, electrical disturbances, and sightings of a woman in white on the upper floors.
This early 1900s hotel building is said to be haunted and Rooms 302 and 304 as the most so. In these rooms witnesses have seen apparitions and have experienced electrical disturbances and disembodied voices. These rooms are said to be the site of a double suicide. A chloroformed himself to death and his wife, upon finding him, followed suit. However, she was not killed but found and taken to the hospital. Another ghost is said to haunt the top floor hallways, a lady in white.
