Phantom lights are spotted every once in awhile on the Wisconsin side of the river, always around the early morning and late afternoon hours.
Phantom lights are spotted every once in awhile on the Wisconsin side of the river, always around the early morning and late afternoon hours. An apparition of a little girl has been seen multiple times running across the edge of the drop-off into the river, on the Minnesota side. Tourists have tried to stop the little girl from getting too close to the edge, but the apparition disappears when they got too close. The little girl’s identity has yet to be identified.
