Reported Haunting
Formerly known as Irvine Pub, this historic Chippewa Falls establishment is said to be haunted despite renovations over the years. Staff have reported unexplained footsteps, mysterious sounds, and ghostly encounters after closing.
After new owners bought the Irvine Pub in 2008, they closed it for a few days for renovations. This is when strange things began to happen, such as apparitions, bar stools being knocked over, and electrical items going on the fritz. A paranormal investigation turned up the fact that a former owner was murdered here. The ghost is rumored to still frequent the establishment, which has been renamed to include “Ghost” in honor of the resident haunt.
