This historic home and museum was the residence of Justina Ford, Colorado’s first African-American female doctor. Staff members have seen a ghostly female figure, assumed to be Ford herself, who walks through the rooms. Some witnesses have felt a touch on the cheek. A male ghost, thought to be Ford’s second husband Alfred Allen, and another female ghost also are believed to reside here.
