The Queen-Anne-style mansion was built in 1892 for William Kehoe, and it is said to be the home of a few spirits. Children’s ghosts have been witnessed around the grounds, as well as that of the Lady in Gray who haunts room 203. The Lady is said to be a sweet, kindly ghost; folks who stay in that room have reported their hands being gently stroked or their cheeks being kissed. She has been seen all about the grounds as well as in her favorite room.
