Kerby Hall is the subject of campus legends involving the spirit of a student who reportedly died there many years ago. Students have described unexplained footsteps, strange noises, and sightings of a ghostly figure in the building.
This hall is rumored to be haunted by a student who died in the late 1960s. She has been seen in both the staircase and the 5th-floor lounge, as well as in some dorm rooms.
