La Golondrina Cafe is said to be haunted by a female spirit nicknamed "La Consuela," whose apparition has reportedly been seen climbing the stairs and standing on an upstairs balcony. Employees and visitors have also described unexplained noises and other unusual activity within the historic Olvera Street building.
A ghost nicknamed “La Consuela” walks the stairs and is sometimes seen on the balcony. Items also move by themselves or are hidden elsewhere in the building.
