Reported Haunting
The original section of the Laramie Plains Civic Center is said to be haunted by unexplained paranormal activity. Employees and visitors have reported footsteps, strange noises, shadowy figures, and doors opening or closing without explanation.
It is said that in the original part of the civic center building, strange events occur. Radios and other electronic equipment operate by themselves, doors slam, and disembodied voices and Native American drums are heard.
