Reported Haunting
The building that housed Le Potager is said to be haunted by a former owner who died on the property. Employees and visitors have reported unexplained activity and the sensation of an unseen presence, with the disturbances attributed to the spirit of the building's deceased proprietor.
The original owner died in this building. During ghost tours, people will often pick up photos, videos, or EVPs.
