Local folklore tells of a towering ghostly figure that appears along Little Oak Road late at night, startling passing motorists.
Locals tell of a spooky figure of a 6-foot-tall man who dances and jumps in the roadway. It looks at passersby with red glowing eyes, then disappears. This and other ghosts that appear on this stretch are said to be a result of the road being built overtop a former cemetery.
